We started TildyCare after watching an intake coordinator end her day with a stack of paper lead sheets, a personal phone full of family texts, and no way to know which family was still waiting on a callback.
The software she'd been given wasn't built for her. It was built for billing departments: dense, slow, and so complicated that half the office quietly worked around it. Meanwhile, families who called for help waited days to hear back, and some never did.
