Agency Settings
Agency settings control how your business works inside TildyCare. Only Agency Administrators can change these settings.
Lead Assignment
You can choose how new leads are given to your team by going to Settings > Leads.
- Manual Assignment: Leads stay in a pool until a coordinator chooses to take them.
- Round-Robin Assignment: TildyCare automatically gives new leads to coordinators one by one. This keeps the workload fair so no one person has too much to do.
General Information
You can update your agency's name, timezone, language, and main contact email at Settings > General.
Notifications
Decide how your staff gets alerts. You can turn on email notifications, alerts inside the app, or daily summaries for the whole team.
Branding
Make the software feel like your own business by uploading your agency logo and picking colors that match your brand.
Security
Keep your account safe by managing password rules and reviewing active sessions in the security section.
