Invite Your Team

Managing a care agency is easier when you have a great team. This guide shows you how to invite your staff and coordinators to join your TildyCare account.

Who can join?

Any team member with an email address can join your agency. It doesn't matter what device they use. TildyCare works in any web browser on phones, tablets, and computers.

How to invite someone

  1. Go to Staff.
  2. Tap Invite Staff.
  3. Enter their information.
  4. Select their role: Intake Coordinator or Agency Administrator.
  5. Send the invite.

Understanding Roles

  • Intake Coordinator: Can manage leads, update client records, and handle the intake process.
  • Agency Administrator: Can do all the Intake Coordinator actions in addition to manage staff, change agency details, and oversee all reports.

How to remove someone

Admins can remove a staff member at any time from the Staff screen. Once removed, that person can no longer access your agency's data.
