Pipeline

The pipeline is your intake dashboard. It shows you exactly where every lead is in the process at a single glance.

Pipeline stages

Each stage represents a step in your workflow. The five main stages are New, Contacted, Qualified, Intake, and Active Patient.

Moving leads

You can move a lead from one stage to the next by dragging their card. Your whole team sees this update immediately, making it easy to hand off work and keep everyone on the same page.

Filtering your view

You can filter the pipeline by status, coordinator, where the lead came from, or priority. This helps you focus on the most important work that needs attention today.

Board and List views

• Board View: Best for seeing your pipeline visually and moving leads between stages.
• List View: Best for quickly scanning through a large number of leads or sorting them by different details.
